Service Description
A gentle yet effective movement class designed for those with reduced mobility, recovering from injury, or rehabilitating after hip or knee surgery. Led by an experienced Pilates and Yoga instructor, this class blends seated exercises with elements of core strengthening, stretching, mobility, and balance work. Optional standing movements are included for those who wish to progress further. We’ll use light weights, resistance bands, and other props to support and enhance your workout, finishing with a calming relaxation session. **All ages and abilities welcome—move at your own pace in a supportive environment.** This class is run for the Better Body Club.
